Hello, and welcome to my website! My name is Jemeisha Lyde and I have a passion for creating, and telling stories. I am currently serving as Multimedia Specialist in our nation's capital. Born and raised as a country girl in Florence, South Carolina, I discovered my passion for Journalism in high school. In 2014, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Clark Atlanta University. I pursued my education in 2018 graduating with a Master of Arts Degree in New Media Journalism at Full Sail University. With over 4 years of experience as a Journalist, I've learned how to write in news format, shoot, edit, deliver breaking news, and produce a newscast while remaining unbiased working as a television reporter in North Carolina, Georgia, and even bearing the cold temperatures in North Dakota. As I begin a new chapter in my life away from being a television reporter, I continue to learn more about the media industry. I'm eternally grateful for the opportunities I've had, and I'm excited to see where my media talents take me.
